General Terms and Conditions for Online Reservations
The stated terms apply when booking hotel accommodation and purchasing gift vouchers through the central reservation platform of “MPM Hotels” Ltd – www.mpmhotels.bg. In the case of promotional prices, additional payment terms and cancellation policies may apply, and these are an integral part of the description of the specific offer.
The offered hotel accommodation prices are valid solely at the moment of your visit to the “Reservations” section. They are subject to change and depend on the occupancy of the respective hotel. “MPM Hotels” Ltd reserves the right to refuse a submitted, confirmed, and paid reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Prices.
Hotel accommodation prices are subject to change at any time and may be influenced by hotel occupancy and demand during different periods of the year. All prices in the reservation platform include VAT. The price for your stay is guaranteed after completion of the reservation process, receipt of a reservation confirmation with a reservation number, and prepayment. “MPM Hotels” Ltd reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of detected misuse.
The final price selected by you is per night and/or stay for the specific room and includes tourist tax and VAT. If during your stay you use additional services not included in the description of the selected room type and offer (consumption in restaurants, parking, minibar, etc.), these must be paid on-site at the hotel.
Promotional accommodation prices cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. Prices do not include commission for tour operators or other third parties.
Payment and cancellation policy.
Your reservation is considered confirmed after payment of the required deposit specified in the reservation form or the respective offer. The reservation may be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Only in these cases is it considered guaranteed. Bank accounts in EUR are listed in your reservation confirmation.

Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival, unless otherwise specified in the offer. The specific cancellation conditions for each hotel are announced during the reservation process through our online central reservation platform, as well as in each special offer of the hotel. You may also contact our operator, who will provide you with information regarding all conditions related to your inquiry or reservation.
If you cancel within up to 14 days before arrival, we will refund the prepayment you have made. In case of cancellation within the specified period, the prepayment will be returned to the guest within a few working days. In case you cancel after the specified period or do not arrive, we will retain the prepayment made with the reservation.
Refunds for reservations paid by card are made only to the card used for the payment.
Provision of Extra Beds for Children and Adults
For each property, MPM Hotels reserves the right to determine whether the specific room type allows the placement/accommodation of an extra bed. Due to the specifics of the properties within the MPM Hotels group and their concepts, the age limits for accommodating children, as well as adults on an extra bed, may vary between different hotels. The discounts offered may also vary.
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time at “MPM Hotels” Ltd is after 14:00. Any arrival before this time will depend on hotel occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00. Any late check-out is subject to hotel occupancy.
Late check-out after 11:00 must be requested in advance in writing or at the reception of the respective hotel. It is confirmed subject to availability and is additionally charged and paid at the hotel reception. For more information, please contact the hotel reception or the reservations department directly.
Use of Underground Garage or Outdoor Unsecured Parking
Car parking is subject to payment. Prices may vary between different hotels in the chain. For more information, please contact your chosen hotel or the reservations department. If no parking spaces are available on the day of your arrival, a receptionist will direct you to the nearest public parking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in properties managed by “MPM Hotels” Ltd.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in properties managed by “MPM Hotels” Ltd, except in designated outdoor areas.
In case of non-compliance, a fee will be charged for additional cleaning and deodorization.
Personal Data Protection Policy
“MPM Hotels” Ltd acts as a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and processes users’ personal data for the performance of its obligations related to the reservation made by the user.
The personal data protection policy of “MPM Hotels” Ltd regulates the type of information collected from users, the method of its collection, and the purposes of its use.
The provided personal data are fully protected and are used for marketing analysis and better understanding of users’ needs, respectively improving the quality of the services offered. Without users’ personal data, the online reservation system cannot be used for making reservations.
“MPM Hotels” Ltd does not provide the name and email address specified by the user during reservation to third parties for the purpose of sending commercial information.
