10% refundable prepayment – easy, fast and secure.
You will be charged a prepayment of 10% of the reservation value. This will happen as a final step at the time of booking completion. The process is quick, easy, and infinitely secure – all you have to do is confirm your booking. The remaining 90% of the amount due can be paid on arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation policy:
You could cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. We see that plans are changing, and we don`t want to cause you any trouble. If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, we will refund your prepayment.
In case of cancellation within the established period, the 10% deposit will be returned to you within a few working days. Everything happens smoothly and according to the deadlines of the correspondent banks. If you cancel after the specified period or do not arrive, then we will retain the prepayment you provided us with when making the reservation.
