General terms for an online reservation
These conditions are valid when reserving hotel accommodation and purchasing gift vouchers through the MPM Hotel ltd. central reservation platform – www.mpmhotels.bg If promotional prices are available, additional payment terms and cancellation policy may apply and are an integral part of the description of the specific offer.
The prices offered for hotel accommodation are valid only at the moment of your visit to the Reservations section. They are subject to change and are dependent on the occupancy of the particular hotel. “MPM Hotels” Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a received, confirmed and paid reservation in case of an unforeseen situation.
Prices
Hotel accommodation rates are subject to change at any time and may be influenced by hotel occupancy and demand at different times of the year. All hotel accommodation rates in the booking platform include VAT. The price for your stay is guaranteed upon completion of the booking process and receipt of a confirmation with a reservation and prepayment number. “MPM Hotels” Ltd reserves the right to cancel confirmed and paid reservations in case of abusive use.
The final price you choose is per night and / or stays for the specific room, including tourist tax and VAT. If during your stay you use additional services not mentioned in the description of the selected room type and offer / consumption in restaurants, parking, mini bar and more. /, they should be paid on site at the hotel.
Promotional prices for hotel accommodation cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. Prices do not include commission for tour operators or other persons.
Terms of payment and cancellation policy for reservations at MPM Hotels Ltd.
Your reservation is deemed to be confirmed upon payment of the required deposit indicated on the booking form or the relevant offer. Reservation can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer. Only in these cases is it considered to be guaranteed. The bank accounts in BGN and EUR are shown in the confirmation of your reservation.
Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is possible up to 14 days before the arrival date, unless otherwise specified in the offer. The specific cancellation terms for each hotel are stated during the reservation process through our online central booking platform, as well as in each hotel’s special offer. You can also contact our operator, who will provide you with information about all terms and conditions related to your inquiry or reservation.
If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, we will refund the prepayment you made. In case of cancellation within the specified period, the prepayment will be refunded to the guest within a few working days. If you cancel after the specified period or do not arrive, we will retain the prepayment provided with the reservation.
All refunds over card-paid reservations are made only on the same card used for the payment itself.
Providing extra beds for children and adults
For each facility, MPM Hotels reserves the right to assess whether the specific type of room provides the option of placing / accommodating an extra bed. Due to the specifics of the sites, part of the MPM group, and according to their concepts, the age limits for accommodating children as well as the extra bed can vary between different hotels. Discounts granted too.
Children up to 2 years old are accommodated at no extra charge;
Accommodation and checking out
The time for accommodation at MPM Hotels Ltd is after 14:00. Any arrival before this time will be in accordance with hotel occupancy. The time of the hotel room is 12:00. Every release of the room after the standard hours is based on the occupancy of the hotel.
Late check-out after 12:00 must be stated in advance in writing or at the reception of the hotel. Confirmed if possible by the hotel and is additionally charged and paid at the hotel reception. For more information, contact the hotel reception or reservation department directly.
Use of an underground garage or an outside unguarded parking
Car parking is available for a fee. Prices between individual hotels in the chain may vary. For more information, contact your chosen hotel or department for reviews. In the absence of free parking spaces on the day of your arrival, a receptionist will direct you to the nearest public car park.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the sites managed by MPM Hotels Ltd.
Smoking
On the territory of sites managed by MPM Hotels Ltd. smoking is NOT allowed, except for the designated outdoor places.
Failure to comply with this requirement will incur a charge of 200 BGN for additional cleaning and refreshment.
General policy of protection of the Personal Data
“MPM Hotels” Ltd. is an administrator of personal data in the sense of PDPL and processes the personal data of the User for the fulfillment of his obligations in connection with the reservation made by the User.
MPM Hotel Ltd.’s personal data protection policy governs the type of information collected by Users, the way it is collected and the purposes of its use.
The provided personal data are fully protected and used for marketing analysis and a better understanding of the needs of the Users and accordingly improvement of the quality of the offered services. Without the user’s personal data, the internet reservation system could not be used to make bookings.
“MPM Hotels” Ltd. does not provide the name and e-mail address, which the user has indicated upon making the booking, to third parties for the purpose of sending commercial information.
